There are 11 ITI’s in the state, five in the hill district and six in the valley with a seat capacity of 2485 trainees in 26 different engineering and non- engineering trades which are affiliated to the NCVT Under CTS. The ITI’s are under the administrative control of the Directorate of Craftsmen Training, Manipur located at the DC office Complex, Lamphelpat, Imphal under the supervision of Shri Yaiphaba Longjam, Joint Director of Craftsmen Training who is the Head of Department
